Every skier is responsible for slope safety. By following the rules, everyone enjoys skiing more, and it becomes safer.
For us, slope safety is important, and our professional staff ensures the condition and safety of the slopes daily. Our staff and ski instructors are happy to help and guide you. Ski Patrol members are also present on the slopes, and you can turn to them if you have any questions or need assistance.
Ski slope rules
- Make sure your equipment is adjusted to your size, weight and ability. Use of a helmet is recommended.
- Respect the lift line and prepare to share the lift with fellow skiers. Get off the lift only at designated areas.
- Select the slope and adapt your speed according to your skills and the environment. Always familiarize yourself with special areas in advance.
- Keep your distance when you pass the skiers below and ahead of you. Pay additional attention to small children.
- Stop only at places where you can be easily seen. If you need to go uphill, always do it along the edge of the slope.
- Do not ski too fast. Pay attention to local slope and snow conditions.
- Sledging is only allowed in separately designated areas.
- You always ski at your own risk.
- Using the slopes under the influence of alcohol/drugs is prohibited.
- In the event of accidents, your duty is to assist. Report any accidents immediately to ski area staff.
- Skiing and snowboarding in the forest is not recommended for the customer’s own safety. The forest trails do not belong to the slope area. We do not guarantee the safety of forest routes or the availability of first aid in places that are difficult to reach. The customers are always at their own risk on forest trails.
Always respect the signs at the ski centre and follow the instructions of the staff.
The staff is authorised to take away the skipass from anyone who ignores the slope rules.
In case of an accident

In the case of an accident, a first aid snowmobile with a special carriage for transporting the patient is sent to the patient, and a team of at least two people. Assessment of the patient’s condition is carried out on the spot. After that, the patient is transported to the first aid room at the resort, and then, if necessary, an ambulance is called. Every accident is registered and detailed statistics are kept.
It is also important to remember that:
Skiing on the slopes after drinking alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited. Under the influence of alcohol, you endanger both your own safety and the safety of other vacationers.
The use of lifts is possible only with the accompanying equipment.
The staff of the ski center has the right to withdraw the ticket for the lift from the violator of the rules established on the slope.
It is strictly forbidden to go up the elevators with a baby carrier on the back, as well as to go down the slope with it, for the safety of the child. All children using lifts must have the accompanying equipment.
Quadrocopters and drones
It is forbidden to launch any aircraft over people, both in the area of the slopes themselves and at substations. Unless we can approve your previously submitted application for photographing a ski resort (for example, for advertising purposes).
