Equipment rental

Equipment rental service of Vuokatti Ski Resort is situated at the Northern and Western sub-stations. SportShop stores are located in connection with rental points. Western sub-station called Kattikeskus is open all year round. Rental point and SportShop on the Northern sub-station is open only during the skiing season.

Basic information about rental equipment

• There are two classes of downhill ski equipment in our rental: Standard-class and Pro-class equipment. Standart-class equipment includes modern basic equipment. Pro-class equipment is an expert-category high-quality skiing equipment.
• Ski set includes downhill skies, boots, ski poles and helmet.
  Snowboard set includes snowboard, shoes and helmet.
  Helmet is included in price of set, skies or snowboard and ski boots.
  It is also possible to rent helmet or any other part of equipment set separately.
• Cross-country skies are available for rent only from Pohjoisrinteet, Veikontie 3.
  You can you get a ski track map from our customer service desks.
• The sizes of downhill boots are EU 23 – 50, snowboard boots: EU 26 – 49, cross-country boots EU 25,5 – 49 and Telemark boots EU 36 – 47.
• The lenght of downhill equipment: downhill skies 70-180 cm, snowboards: 70-166 cm, Telemark skies: 150-180cm. The lenght of cross-country skies : 90 – 206 cm for classic skies and 150-192 cm for skating cross-country skies.

MAINTENANCE PRICE LIST FOR 2024/2025

Ski Storage

It is possible to store your downhill equipment over night at the both slope areas: at Pohjoisrinteet and also at Kattikeskus. We have have a special ski storage room, where it is possible to keep rental ski or snowboard over the night or at the daytime as well. The price is 3 euros for 1 period of storage. Because the ski storage room is cold, it is not possible to keep boots and helmets in it. So, we kindly advise you to bring them with you to your accommodation place to dry up before your next skiing day.

Storage Lockers

Storage lockers are available at Pohjoisrinteet: at the corridor of À la Katti restaurant and also at the entrance of ski rental house. To be able to lock the box, you must have a deposit of 0,5 or 1 euro coin. For example. you can store backpack or shoes in it during your skiing day.
