Our cuisine is designed for international taste and we are proudly using local products like fish, vegetables and berries. The dining room can seat up to 200 guests and you can enjoy your meal at our beautiful landscape restaurant. Half board can be booked in advance. For groups special theme menus are available.

Saunas and wellness

Evening saunas are available daily and included to room price. Our wellness department offers saunas with indoor and outdoor jacuzzis. With extra charge we offer massages, Finnish bonesetting, peat sauna and infrared sauna.

Area’s specialties are wildlife watching, animal tracking and rapid swimming.Northern light season starts in late fall and lasts till mid-winter season.
Kuhmo is famous for its culture. Kuhmo Chamber Music Festival in July is famousworld-wide. Other interesting places to visit are Juminkeko, cultural centre ofKalevala, nature centre Petola and Winter War museum.
Kuhmo is UNESCO City of Literature 2019.
