The internationally renowned Jukola Relay will take place amid the beautiful hills and forests of Vuokatti in the summer of 2027. Whether you are competing, volunteering or simply enjoying the atmosphere as a spectator, this is an unforgettable event to experience.
The event centre is located at Vuokatti Sport. On Saturday afternoon, the four-leg Venla Relay for women opens the competition. Later that evening, at 11:00 p.m., the first runners of the seven-leg Jukola Relay head into the forest. As dusk settles over the bright Nordic summer night, thousands of headlamps illuminate the terrain, creating one of the most spectacular sights in Finnish sport. The excitement continues throughout the night until the winning team crosses the finish line on Sunday morning.
The event centre offers a lively atmosphere all weekend long. Enjoy local food stalls, refreshments, shopping, the traditional forest church service, and even the famous Jukola sauna.
